I’ve taken some time off training and my shoulder is moving again so we are all good.
As a start back to the training process I ran the London Asics 10K to get me back into the spirit.
It is amazing how just a few weeks off training really takes its toll on your fitness. I completed in 56:32 which is a slow time for me.
My shoulder didn’t cause me any problems so my trip for Thailand is still on. Yay
