After researching where I want to go in Thailand, I have decided the club for me is Tiger Muay Thai.
The training schedule is as follows:
7am – 8am: Yoga and Bootcamp fitness
8am – 9am: Muay Thai Technique classes
9am – 10:30am: Muay Thai technique and sparing
So in total its 6 1/2 hours a day training. Cool.
